Department 56 has so many wonderful additions for 2015! Let’s take a peek at their offerings for Christmas Villages and accessories. It’s never too early to start thinking about Christmas, especially here at The Jolly Christmas Shop!

New for 2015

New to Dickens Village

Four Calling Birds Shoppe: A lovely and festive piece complete with a bird cage cupola. This shop is a wonderful rendition of a true Victorian bird seller’s shop that even plays bird sounds for a special touch.

Lovebirds Figure: A couple has just purchased their first bird which they are peeking at under its cover. The excitement and love in the air with this fetching figurine would be perfect in combination with the Four Calling Birds Shoppe above.

Old Joe’s Beetling Shop: Similar to a secondhand store, a beetling shop purchased and re-sold used items, particularly clothing. Joe’s Beetling Shoppe is what you would expect from an establishment of this type for the time period, slightly run down, a little seedy looking with discarded items littering the front.

Olde Vine Cottage: A vine covered cottage with brightly lit windows beckons outsiders with holiday cheer. What a lovely addition to your Dickens Christmas Village!

Warm and Cozy Tonight Figure: When you see this sweet couple, bundled against the weather and carrying firewood together, you understand what the title means. This figurine would be perfect in any spot of a Dickens Christmas Village.

New for Disney Village

Mickey Serving Ice Cream: This sweet Department 56 figure depicts Mickey sharing some tasty ice cream with two small friends. This would be a delightful accessory to Mickey’s Candy Shop, also new for 2015 and listed below,

Mickey’s Candy Shop Building: Topped with signature black mouse ears, Mickey’s Candy Shop is decorated with colorful candy pieces and candy canes. If the outside is this sweet, we can only imagine what is on the inside!

Mickey’s Tree House Accessories: A whimsical and enchanting tree house perched high in a tree, ideal for any spot in your Disney Village for surveying the lay of the land!
