This building features a dilapidated, creaky wooden building with a big orange chair sitting out front. Next to the chair sits a bucket of (mostly) live bait underneath a SOLD sign. On one side of the building is a dog house and dog bowl for his puppy, Snots. And on the other side is a bright green refrigerator and a pile of life jackets.
